Flipkart — Prepaid Product not delivered and not ready to give refund

I have ordered a washing machine for which I have paid money on 19th sep. It was said that it will be delivered by 21st.
Even today I didnt get the product.
When I asked them for the refund, they are not ready to cancel the same.
