[Resolved]  Flipkart — problem in refunding

Please read full description:
I bought a flipkart smart-buy earphones, but it is not functioning well, after complaining and meeting the center in my city jhansi. A refund was issued.
It has been more than a month and i have called more 50 times to customer care of flipkart as well as flipkart smartbuy. As i don't have the original box with myself so the wishmaster is not accepting my product and on talking to flipkart smart buy customer care they say that there is no problem if you don't have original box you can give in any random cardboard box. But the wishmaster is not ready to accept the product. The wish master says that he will accept the product only if flipkart mails him "to accept the product in any random box". For this reason i have called the flipkart and flipkart customer care more than 30 times.in smart buy customer care, they say that you have to make conference call to flipkart customer care for this purpose and after many obstacles and struggle i had managed to make a conference and after talking the conclusion was nothing. Now,, the smartbuy customer care says they had not talked to flipkart executive, they want to make conference again and now whenever i call flipkart customer care, all executive are busy. No response.
They are simply ignoring me.
They are wasting time.
And they taken all my bank details about an month ago
