[Resolved] Flipkart — problem not resolved even after assurance. | |||||
I have ordered a copper bottle but I received wrong product, on the same day requested for the return but your executive is not accepting. As I informed above Its a wrong product he is not accepting & he suggested me to deal with flipkart helpline I have raised a issue and I have received a mail from customer support saying that my issue will be resolved by 24th October 2018 but now when I contacted your call center they are telling its been passed 10 days we not able to accept at any cost.
