[Resolved] Flipkart — prodivided faulty mobile handset after replacement and harassment | |||||
I have purchased a mobile handset from flipkart on big billion day10th october 2018 by exchanging my old handset. After 12 days of an order through online, i got my new handset with some display and heating issues. So i raised a replacement order for this issue. After some technical visit, the technician also found the same issue. Then the technician forwarded a complaint issue message to flipkart for further response. During this time i felt mental agony, as i don't have any mobile phone to contact flipkart online. Because i have already exchange my old mobile phone to flipkart. After two days of submitting of technician report, flipkart send me a message that my request has been accepted and they gave a new mobile in replacement. On 2/11/2018 flipkart again send me a dead mobile phone with missing accessories. On same day and time i informed the delivery boy about this as i open the delivery box in front of delivery boy. He was suggested me to check it once again with proper charging. So i follow it but it not work. So i again raised so many complain to its customer care service briefing about the same. Till now they are refunded hard earned money neither replaced the faulty mobile handset. I am very much disappointed and felling helpless. So help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
