[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product automatic cancellation after 10 days

I bought a led tv during big billion sale time having 15% cashback on the product. After, 11 days flipkart cancelled my item automatically and when i raised my grievance to the flipkart representative, he told me to place the order again with promise that i will get led at the same rate and for cashback flipkart will send me an email stating that they will creddit cashback amount in in my card before 31st january, 2017. Again, its been 5 days since i purchased the product, i haven't got any communication from flikart for cashback. What shoukd i do now, its really very frustrated for me to track evrytime again and again. Your service are really pathetic, don't know now what to do.
