Flipkart — Product box tampered - Already circulated mobile/ used mobile kind witnesses exist - Not genuine

I ordered google Pixel 6a on 19th Dec and received on 21st dec. I open the Flipkart cardboard box and I found that Manufacturer seal tampered on product box. Find the attached image. In that image I had marked the tempered Google brand seal. When I do the unboxing i had taken the Video. Because of Product box seal tempered I don't open the product box. I applied for the replacement but i got rejected 2 times.
