[Resolved] Flipkart — Product cancelled after approval | |||
Hello, I am Titas Roy, ordering two moto g2 from FlipKart. But one order is cancelled and it is came in my mail that, "We would like to inform you that we have processed your cancellation request for the following items in the Order OD[protected] :". But I am not cancelled it. I called to their customer care and asked why it is cancelled they replied that as I ordered same two product so they need to verify and they are not able to reach my cell no. So it is cancelled. But for this I loose INR 3000 as that product is under some discount. One funny thing in the process of FlipKart is there I did not found any mailing system from the app though it is there a section where user can mail. But that button is not working. So my request is to reschedule the same process and give me the opportunity to buy the same product with that discounted price. This is with reference to your complaint posted on Consumer Complaint regarding the Moto G. On checking our records, we see that the order got canceled due to multiple orders for mobiles.
To ensure equal opportunity to all our customers, we do not honour mutliple order.
