Flipkart — Product cancelled but refund not initiated for the last 7days

I tried to order jabra elite 4 active from flipkart. They were unable to ship the product even 5days after the delivery date. So i had to cancel it. Now the cancellation request is pending for the last 7days and refund hasn’t yet been generated. When i call them they say the refund will be refunded when it can be else nothing can be done. Here i am going to have to pay the first emi of a product that i had cancelled in the middle of the month. This is pathetic service.
