[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product cancelled by flipkart without asking customer

I have ordered moto x play mobile in flipkart during their big billion day offers. I was waiting for their delivery and suddenly i see that my order is cancelled. I called to customer care and their response is very bad. They are telling that courier was not able to reach me. I requested them that i didn't get any response from courier but customer service is telling that they can't do anything. Seriously this is very bad and i am feeling helpless. My request id is od[protected]. Please let me know if any more information is required.

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Spoke with customer and informed to him due to some courier issues our logistics department failed to deliver the shipment. And also informed to customer about the refund he said that he had received the refund.
So closing the case.
