Flipkart — Product cancelled without any consent

I ordered a smartphone worth 7, 230 rupees on 7th June 2023. The product out for delivery on 9th June2023, the delivery person didn’t connected me and the product not delivered. The product was automatically cancelled at midnight without any reason. I called the customer care they told me I have an otp issue, that’s why they cancelled the order. But actually I have the otp received from Flipkart and the delivery agents didn’t connect me or cone to my address to collect the otp and deliver the product.
