[Resolved]  Flipkart — product cancelled without prior notification

I want to state that i have ordered a laptop with exchange facility and it was metioned that the product would delivered around 10 october 2019. However, the product was pre delivered and the unfortunately old laptop was unavilable that moment. Also the deliver boy was claming that he is unaware of techinque of testing the old laptop so he asked me to come and receive the product and submit the old one at the delivery center, also he is keeping the product in hold status.
Now the circumstances is that without any prior notification the product is being cancelled, also claming that the money will be refund in next 10 days. Now due to unavailabilty of money i coud not buy a buy new laptop instantanly as the company is refunding money so late. And now all because of such things i need to face embarrasment. First thing is that why the organisation is not stick to the mentioned, because of such thing customer will schedule their availability accordingly. Also because of cancellation of product from your end makes me unhappy and lots of inconvinience was being faced.

Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due unforeseen logistics issues. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 07, 2019. Hence, requested customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint from our end.
