[Resolved]  Flipkart — product cancelled without the consent

I had purchased the product on black friday sale.

Thanks to flipkart everything went smooth but everything went bad from flipkart executive/ back office team and the outsourced delivery team.

On monday the delivery guy attempted the delivery around 2 pm where i said he won't find anyone at home between 11-6 pm on weekdays. Please help with delivery before 11 am or after 6.30 pm or on weekend

Even after requesting he behaved very badly saying i will keep the product to watchman where i refused as building has 150+ flats and can be misplaced. So he further said he cannot deliver me on my time.

Hence on tuesday noon around 12.15 pm i called the flipkart team, briefing him the entire incident. Flipkart executive said that product will be delivered by 7pm and he will leave msg to deliver post 6 pm. No information was passed to delivery executive niether by flipkart executive nor by previous day delivery person and again new delivery guy arrived at home at 2.15 pm.

I again requested the delivery guy to come before 11 am or after 6 pm, the delivery agreed to come on wednesday morning around 10.00 am.

Again i had a word with flipkart executive on same issue briefing once again and asked them to request delivery person to deliver product on morning or evening and also highlighted the gap in communication between flipkart and delivery team.

Again on wednesday when i called the delivery person he said he is in pune and asked the new person to come at 10.00 am which they failed on their commitment. Now on wednesday there was a new delivery person delivering the product and came again on same time around 2 pm. I requested the delivery person to deliver in morning and he agreed to bring the product in morning.

Now on wednesday night the product got returned and refund processed without any consent of customer, treating customer as a dog / donkey.

- there were multiple false commitment from delivery and flipkart executive and back office team.
- no communication between two delivery guys,
- no communication between delivery team and flipkart team,
- without my consent cancelling the product.

Today morning when i saw the product cancelled, i called flipkart executive, he said he cannot do anything now as product is cancelled and he further said delivery team has right to cancel without customer consent.

Now booking the phone today is costing me much higher.

With this instance i have decided never to buy any product from flipkart as the treat us such bad while in amazon i can get the product at my convenience.

I am hoping for the resolution from this escalation, in case i am not getting the phone at the price i brought i will never buy any product from flipkart.
