This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Abhilaksh Malhotra, had purchased a product from your website.
The product I received is completely different from the order I purchased, also completely different from the pictures of the product uploaded in the Flipkart website.
It is an expensive product which costed me Rs. 3199/-.
I had ordered a Baltic Blue Apple Back Case Wallet. I have received a Baltic Blue phone case instead. In the images of the website, it clearly shows that the product being sold is a Magsafe Wallet.
I have tried contacting your customer support buy they are disconnecting my calls which is highly unprofessional and unethical.
I feel like I have wasted my money on the website.
The support I am receiving is horrible.
I myself went over to the website and tried arranging for a return pickup but sadly only replacement option is being offered to me.
When i tried arranging for a replacement, the seller is rejecting it further.
The seller is stating a reason that the product is intact. I have not raised a concern for a damaged product. I am raising this concern for a wrong product altogether.
This is a complete scam and forbidding consumers rights to a rightful product.
You cannot display pictures and lure your customers into purchasing and send them a completely different product altogether. Also, further refusing them with any help whatsoever.
This is highly immoral and offensive.
Further, you have blocked my account stating wrong reasons.
I hereby request you to kindly check into this matter and get my product returned and issue me back my money i spent on this product.
Also, i am attaching the images of the product I received for reference.
Kindly compare it with the website images provided.
