[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product Damaged and not replaced even after 45 days

I ordered a spacewood engineered queen size bed on 04 october 2016 during BigBillionDay event from Flipkart. The bed delivered to my home as said in the delivery date but during the delivery one of the plank ( cover to the box) and one main connector got damaged. Even before i notice the damaged parts they have to come to my home for installation in 3-5 days which dint happen for 3 weeks.

I complained in FB and sent email to them for the last one month. Everytime they will call my father ( as i am staying in US ) and say they need 24 hrs to resolve and they repeat this again. My FB thread for this complaint gone back and forth for morethan 15 times. I gave all t he photos and order details, still they are not resolving this issue. One of the associate called me when i was in India and said they are going to take back the product but even that did not happen.

Please help me in how to file a complaint against Flipkart in Consumer court.

As it has already been informed to customer that seller will arranged the damaged parts within 5-7 days so we are not calling the customer.
