[Resolved]  Flipkart — product delayed: after paying extra delivery charges also

I have order a product from flipkart, where delivery date was shown to be on 26th july 2018 if I pay additional ₹70 (as a faster deliver option). I paid the same amount, but as soon as I ordered it, the delivery date in the order confirmation message got changed to 27th july 2018. I have made the full payment of my product, along with that I have also paid the extra delivery charges to get it delivered on 26th July'18. the customer care executives are not at all worthy to help out a customer. They are keeping the call on hold and finally disconnecting it. Everything is in vain once you have paid money to flipkart. worst service ever.

Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery charges and the promise date of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the promise date was changed due to the reason that he had changed the delivery address after placing the order. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
