I purchased a iffalcon TV (50 inches) from Flipkart app on 28th of February 2022, it was scheduled to be delivered by 1st of March. The delivery did not happend on 1st. I was told that the issue will get resolved by 5th of March but again it did not happened by 5th, thereafter they said by 10th it will be resolved but It did not happen by 10th as well. Next they gave me date of 15th, then 16th then 17th and now on 19th they are asking me to cancel the order and reorder it from the website. Its not feasible for me to reorder as the price of the tv has increased. I had to cancel my other personal travel program due to the scheduled delivery. This is the 3rd class service provided by Flipkart, no help recieved by the customer care support.

I raised the complain through customer support, but they did not help me at all. I raised again to social media team but they also did not help me and just gave me fake promises. I was left with no other option but to raise it to this platform. Was this information helpful? |
