I have placed and order for a mobile device on oct 1st and yet after 24 days there is no response. Even after raising an issue multiple times and speaking to 5 different customer care people there is no use. I have asked to wait for 24hrs for the last four days in hope of a solution but flipkart hasnt done anything about my problem, kindly update me on y product so that i could either cancel it or someting...
