[Resolved] Flipkart — product delivered less item ! | |||
You've wasted my entire month only to deliver just 5 pillows. I got only 1 pillow when ordered the first time. Considering the first-time mistake and request from your team, I order those 5 pillows again hoping to get what I ordered. But then again got only 1 pillow. I am working professional and can't spend hours every day connecting and talking to Flipkart for the order. Your executive admitted they've made mistake in the listing and trying to sort out with a refund. There is no attention paid to the time I've wasted, delayed my work, and worked extra in the office to complete the work. How would you pay for it? That's the worst online shopping experience I ever had. You've left no choice than filing a complaint in the* consumer forum.* For the proof, the *complaint id is **1943251*. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
