[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product Delivery and Customer Service

I have ordered a Moto 360 watch and i was supposed to get the delivery on 6th Nov. i wrote and email on 2nd Nov to confirm if i will get the delivery on time, and the company confirmed i will get it on 6th Nov as promised. As there was no update on the app that stated the product was out for delivery on 6th, i was worried and called the company. I was told there is no update, therefore i requested to speak with the manager. The manager informed me that the case will be sent to the fastrack team. This was at 11am. I requested for a follow up at 1pm, which never happened. I then called back at 3 to check, and spoke with the manager again, however i was told there is no updated and they will send another email to the concerned team and i will get an update in a few hrs, however like before, no one called me back. i also suggested that if they cant delivery the product, if they can share the hub where the parcel is held and i will pick it up myself. However, the manager was rude enough to tell me, i dont know where the hub is.. if you know, you can go pick it up.. I called back at 5pm, and spoke with the manager again. I was then told that they will try and it may take time. I was talking to the manager for over 25 mins, and i was told the fastrack team will call me back in 4 hrs. i confirmed if they will call me back by 9pm, and he confirmed they will. As always, i did not get a call.. I called back at 10pm and was told by another manager that it takes 24hrs for an update and he cant do anything. I asked for a further escalation and spoke to a manager named Vishal. i explained the issue and that the delivery wasnt done as promised, and moreover the customer service was rubbish as no one throughout the day had the courtesy to even call back. I also explained that the delivery address is my work address, and the parcel i was expecting was a gift for an anniversary party. I requested if they can do something and change the address. The manager said he cant promise, but he will take the address and forward it to the "fastrack" team. While speaking with him to give the adddress, the call dropped ( i dont know if he disconnected). Post which, he didnt bother calling back to get the address, and i was honestly too exhausted to try and call back again. Im so exhausted, i cant be bothered.. Only if someone can resolve the issue without causing any more hassle. If not delivering the product in time wasnt enough, Flipkart had to provide excellent customer service to make my day even better What i need is my product to be delivered to me. And obviously some sort for compensation for this horrible experience
