Flipkart — Product delivery and refund | |||
I placed order for one headphones and since I didn't need the product anymore, I contacted flipkart regarding the same. They asked me to refuse the product at doorstep. I did the same but after that I didn't get my refund. After contacting regarding the same for so many days, they said wait for 24 hrs, 3 days and like that. Finally they said this product can't be cancelled and no refund possible, you have to accept the product. NOW when I accepted that too they are not showing when it will be delivered, team will contact me after 1 week regarding same and like that. IF I need this product, I need it urgently, but they are making me helpless by not delivering it on time, by not cancelling it so that I can purchase it from outside and the mental agony which I have to go through is another case.
