[Resolved]  Flipkart — product delivery delayed after registering a complaint

I ordered a laptop on 11th oct 2018 from flipkart and have to shipped in 3days and it has been 5days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same city misrouted)" and saying to wait for another 24 hours after i registered a complain by flipkart executive.
I got my previous items to the same address within time but for this order they are saying pincode is wrong and telling to wait 24hrs and the shipment will be delivered and till now my order is not getting shipped. Please help me

My order delayed again and again i don't understand whats going on. I register a complain 5 days ago and the said your order will reach you by 18th Oct 2018 and here we are again i receive order delay massage again. Please help me. If my product not reach me i will take serious action now on.

I received a email from flipkart today after many requests and phone calls but they don't call me back or delever my product. When i call flipkart customer care service they told me to wait 24 hrs again and again. I think they are playing with me. Their customer service is not helping me and their Manager is not helping me either. I have all phone call recording and screenshots. I also have phone call recording with manager itself if my product will not delever i'm going to send a legal notice and take action now on.

Flipkart is the worst company i have ever imagine or see. I talked to customer care 20-30 time and yet my product is not delevered. They are playling with me this is the 4th time they promised me and this is the 4th time same city misroute happen. Few days ago i talked to the flipkart customer care manager and he promised me and said your product will be delevered by 22nd Oct 2018 and again next day i receive email from flipkart that your order will be delevered by 25 Oct. I mean what's going on there can you at least tell me what is the problem why my product same city misroute again and again.

Literally worst experience ever in my whole life. flipkart sucks and there customer service even more terrible. Please fix
