Flipkart — Product delivery / refund

I have ordered one product on 19th October 2021 and the scheduled delivery date was 21st Oct but It was not delivered on 21st and I got new notification for 22nd then again on 22nd morning I got a notification for 26th Oct and once again on 22nd afternoon I got notification for 27th Oct. Also they blocked the same product so I can't do the cancelation and get the refund.When I tried to contact flipkart support they said they don't have access for cancelation. If flipkart is not penalized for such kind of service then It will become new trends of business and they will block the money as long as they want.
