We placed an order for a phone on 10th July 2018 and the delivery date given was 12th July.
But we didn't receive the order, on Thursday though it showed that the order was at our nearest hub.
No notification was communicated about the order delivery, and when we called we were informed that the order has been delayed and rescheduled to the next day.
The next day also the product was not delivered and we were informed that it would come by 17th of July.
Since the product was required urgently, we requested to deliver it ASAP. And so did the company assured us that they have escalated our issue and our product will be delivered by 13th only.
But still our product was shown to be in our nearest hub but was not out for delivery.
This is very disappointing and frustrating as the company is not giving us any reason for the delay. Neither communicated that our product delivery was rescheduled. Only on our enquiry did they communicate it. And yet providing false assurance of it being delivered ASAP.
The delivery that was supposed to be done in 2 days has been delayed by a week without any valid reason.
Delivery time is an important aspect based on which an order is placed, if the company cannot deliver it at that date a valid reason and an assured date of delivery is the least a customer can expect. By giving a long time frame and a false assurance of it being delivered ASAP, but in reality it is to be delivered on a particular day then why keep the customer hanging on!
