This letter has been written to inform you that I have placed an order (inext camera tripod 3110 monopod tripod kit, tripods, tripod clamp) through your website 2wks ago I have also payed the amount through online payment mode and i have got messages from your side ( Dispatching, shiping etc) Then on the delivery date i have got a message that you have rescheduled the delivery date.
Then I have got no response from your end.Then i tried track the order and finally got to know that the order has got cancelled.But i have not cancelled the order and tried contacting your customer care executive &go to know that it was a mistake from your side regarding pincode, then I have placed another order but same item on the same day through your website again & yesterday was the expected delivery date and again I have go message that you have rescheduled the delivery date and today again I tried tracking the order & finally go to know that the order has got cancelled again.
And i have called on your customer care number and iam not satisfied with the response of your customer care executive.
What kind of service are your providing to the customers?Iam waiting for my order from last 21 days.
Hope you will take an action on my complaint as Soon as possible..
