I have pre-ordered VIVO 29 Pro Mobile on 7th Oct which was supposed to be delivered on 13th Oct. Before 13th the delivery date was changed to 18th Oct. While I waited patiently for the delivery it was not even delivered on 18th and the date was again changed 20th Oct 2023.
The mobile came to my doorstep for delivery on 21st Oct but was not delivered due to some technical issues on Flipkart sides and said would be delivered next day. I have been calling Flipkart customer service daily to check upon the status since its still showing 20th as delivery date on 24th Oct and multiple tickets have been raised which says will be resolved by 27th. They keep on increasing the resolution date everytime I call someone.
I fear they have either damaged the product and/or lost it and delaying it so I can cancel the order so its not the delivery agent fault. I have not received any clarity from Flipkart end since they have no clue about where the product is and when it will be delivered.
