[Resolved] Flipkart — product did not delivered | |||||
Order: od[protected] Delivery expected between mon, aug 13th '18 and tue, aug 14th '18 I believe that seller trying to sell the phones in black market by claiming false excuses. As promised i demand the product to be delivered to compensate for my loss of time/effort. Flipkart team was in touch for entire two weeks and now they are simply asking me to cancel the order. There is no protection for the customers so flipkart/seller are cheating the customers in the name of sales. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Aug 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about delay in delivery. We had interacted with customer and confirmed shipment is delivered and issue is resolved. Hence closing the case from our end.
