[Resolved] Flipkart — Product Different From what I ordered | |||
Hello I had ordered a product from Flipkart that is BANI WOMEN Printed Kurta, Trouser/Pant & Dupatta Set instead of this item I have received an old white T-shirt. The amount I paid is Rs 1799. I tried calling the support, wrote emails tried getting help on chat... I even requested a callback but I din get any help.. they are not resolving the issue they just send a message saying the follwing : Return Update: Sorry, your return request for BANI WOMEN Printed Kur... cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact. 4 tyms I have placed return request without even calling me thy send me this same messgae..the seller has not packed the item ..it is not the courier partner it's the seller ..I want my refund... How can u fool people by giving a t-shirt
