[Resolved] Flipkart — product exchange declined by delivery executive | |||
I have ordered a redmi note 7 in exchange of redmi 4. Handset which is to be exchanged was in exchangable condition as online checked. Physical damage was also not there.. Phone has passed aal the checks. There's no damage on the phone still delivery executive declined.. I have complained about it still didn't get any reply from flipkart. Only complaint is escalated. Customer care executive are also not giving any satisfactory action Was this information helpful? | |||
