[Resolved] Flipkart — product got cancelled without my knowledge | |||
I had ordered 2 phones in flash sale on flipkart website.One was paid by card and other was to be paid through COD. So there were 2 phones in "my order" page with two different order id along with 2 different cancel button.I cancelled the phone which was for COD.But they cancelled both the phone without giving any prior notification. And when i talked with the customer care, they were just giving the reason of why it got cancelled(because of their technical fault) and not giving me any solution so that i can get my product. Sarcastically, they were telling me to go for next flash sale because they can't do anything about it. I had the conversation with customer care for around 2 to 3 hours in which they put me on hold and then simply hung up.I kept calling so that somebody there would not just give reason and actually will try to help.I have attached one of the conversation with the customer care of flipkart.
