[Resolved] Flipkart — product got missed inside the box | |||||
Hi sir, I have booked a gold coin through flipkart and it got delivered yesterday but gold coin missed inside the box, i have raised a complaint to flipkart team but they are not responding to the issue properly. To safe i have recorded the video while opening the product and the same video shared with flipkart team after discussing with the flipkart person he said that within two days i will get the amount but today another team is saying that it will take 15 days minimum to resolve the issue, i said during the initial conversation customer care team member accepted to transfer two days. I don't know why the flipkart is having contact with such a worst seller I need to pay the credit card bill and i need compensation on the same, Can you help me to get the same.
