[Resolved]  Flipkart — product has not been delivered but website is claiming delivery

Order was placed on 1st august 2019 and payment was made at the time of placing order. After postponing delivery date several times final update on flipkart's site is showing delivered (On november 5th), but i have not received it. I tried complaining through the portal, but they have not sent any acknowledgement, and my review of the product has been deleted by flipkart.
So i have made payment, but not only was there inordinate delay regarding delivery date (3 months) but finally i have not received the product and flipkart is telling me i have received the product without offering any proof of delivery + not acknowledging my complaints.

Please send proof of delivery on the e-mail registered with your website. As you have updated 'delivered' in spite of being informed that I have not received it + you are not allowing me to complain about non receipt. Either refund my money or send proof of delivery.
