[Resolved] Flipkart — product (i phone 5 se mobile phone) is defective with dead pixels and product looks used but flipkart denied replacement. | |||||
I purchased a i phone se from flipkart app. When i received the product, i observed that there are dead pixels on the screen. We have contacted the flipkart for product replacement when flipkart denied to replace and asked to check with apple for replacement. I have contacted the apple support who responds that product was purchased from flipkart so flipkart needs to replace. Product was delivered with no screen cover or back panel cover as well. When we informed flipkart that we will raise a consumer complaint they said we can go ahead with the complain and they cannot help or assist use.
