ORDER ID : Order Id: OD[protected]
Recently I have purchased a Exercise Bike (REACH BRAND) and Delivered on 25th August. This item supposed to installed by 28th Aug, but it was not done. So, I have complained and the Customer Care Executes told, it will be resolved by 1st Sept. It was not done. Today is Sept 3rd. I called many times the Executrices and requested the Return as the product is not installed I can not keep this in showcase. They updated the Installation Status as Completed.
I have requested CC, either get it installed or Accept the return. They don't agree for the Return and I can request for the replacement as per their policy. I really dont understand whether Flipkart can understand the issue or not.
Event I tried the brand and I dont get any proper response.
It's really frustrating and the CC executives keep extending the resolution date and I could not connected to senior executive. I reached then luckily couple of time they too talk like a robot.. As per policy it cannt be returned,
I dont know what to do with the product without installing... Is that the way Flipkart responding to the customer??
Flipkart is not customer focused and they want do a favor to the sellers. If there is no customers, what they do with the sellers??
We have paid for what the service we are expecting?
I dont know whether their policy accepts the sellers not doing installation?
If the issue with the seller, what is stopping Flipkart to accept the return.
Flipkart is not gave this product freely and I have paid for it.
I expect Flipkart to serve the customer and dont be favor of the seller if they are meeting the customers expectation.
