[Resolved] Flipkart — product is going to deliver after 10 days of promised date

I have palced order on 8th may 2019, at the time placing order it was shown it will be delivered on 10th may 2019. I made it as a scheduled delivery and scheduled it to 12th may 2019. They haven't delivered the product yet (16th may 2019). If i call them they are not responsing. I raised complaint on 12th may 2019 by calling to one of their executive they said ill provide a resolution on or brfore 15th may 2019. But till today i didn't recieve any response from them.. I paid money to them they are not responsing at all. Promised delivery date crossed 5 days back, still didn't receive any update from them. I would like to take alegal action on them. May 16, 2019 Updated by Sashidhar Chowdary The delivery date shown at the time of placing order and original delivery date both are not in Sync anymore. Not at all getting proper response from them Verified Support May 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
