[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product is neither delivered nor refund initiated

​ i have placed order id: od[protected] on 12th april through
Cod delivery option.

� same day i received an email from flipkart with subject as "convert
Your cash on delivery order od[protected] into a prepaid easily"

� after reading the email, i have paid the amount 12, 999/- using net
Banking on 13th april. Then status of order updated as "payment successful and awaiting confirmation from courier partner".

� *15th april, 2017, * courier boy came with product and asked me to
Pay amount as *its not updated in his system.*

� *17th april, 2017*, i called to customer care about this and they
Have raised complaint: *in[protected] *and told that it will
Resolved by *20 apr, 9:00 pm*.

� so i have waited till *20th apr, 2017* and got a call from flipkart
For asking about my problem. I have explained in detail and they told that
Payment successful and product will be redelivered by 24th april, 2017 as
Per complaint: *in[protected]*

� *24th april, 2017*, i got message from flipkart, that the product
Was rejected by customer and sending back to warehouse.? *this is happened
Without any notice from my end. *

� *24th april*, again i called to customer care and flipkart customer
Care person informed that product will be redelivered by 27th april, 2017 as
Per complaint: *in[protected].*

� till *24th april*, status of payment was* payment successful and
Awaiting confirmation from courier partner as attached screen shot. *after
My discussion with flipkart, it was changed to *amount paid :
? 12, 999through net banking*

� *25th april 2017*, since there is no response about delivery of
Product, i have requested for *cancellation* and flipkart customer care
Person informed that was cancelled and money will be refunded in 4 to 6
Business days. *but status of order is shipped and its not cancelled.*

� *2nd may 2017 : *i have till this date hoping that money will be
Credited *but neither status changed and nor money credited. *then i called
Customer care about status, they have taken* again my cancellation request
And told that backend team will call me.*

� *3rd may 2017*, i got call from flipkart backend team and i asked
Them to cancel the product and refund the amount. They told me that its
Cancelled now and refund will be initiated once product reached to ware
House.* but status of order is shipped and its not cancelled.*

� *4th may 2017, *again called to customer care and asked about
Tatus, they told me that* its not cancelled yet and *taken again my
Cancellation request and told that backend team will call me by 5th may
12:00pm. Complaint no: in[protected]*

� *5th may 2017*, *no call from backend team* and again called to
Customer care and asked about status and now they told me that product is
Not reached to warehouse and will get call from backend team by eod.

� *6th may 2017, no call from backend *team and again called to
Customer care and asked about status and now they told me that cancellation
Approved and amount will be credited to account in 6 business days.* but
Tatus of order is shipped and its not cancelled.*

� then i asked to connect senior manager about status of order,
According to him, order is not cancelled and no refund initiated. He told
That he will check with back end team and will get resolution on* 10th
May.* *complaint

� till today, i didnt get any resolution from flipkart team.

Flipkart Customer Care's response
Due to some technical issue, the order was not getting canceled hence an internal followup was made the order was cancelled and customer confirmed that she received the refund hence case stands resolved.
