Flipkart — Product is not delivered at time and the reason given by them is incomplete address but my friends are getting their products

I have ordered something from Flipkart but it is not delivered yet it was expected to delivered on 1st of October but it is not delivered yet. They are saying that the address is incomplete but I have given them all the details like pin code place landmark city county everything.
