Flipkart — PRODUCT is not delivered despite multiple follow-ups

I have placed an order on 3rd July 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered on 7th July but received a message that it was delayed by 2 days. After 2 days, again the same message that states it will be delayed by 2 days. I spoke to the customer care executive asking for a delay and there is no proper response. Flipkart kept on delaying the delivery for 20days and finally canceled the product without giving proper justification and money is refunded to Flipkart's wallet.

One customer care executive spoke to me and asked to re-order by using wallet amount and it will be delivered within the time. The product cost has gone high by nearly 10% and still, I re-ordered as I don't want to spend again from my pocket when money is available in Flipkart wallet.

After re-order also, I'm facing the same issue. Product is not delivered and it is already delayed by 2 days and there is no proper information from Customer care why there is delay and when it is will be delivered for sure.

Very worst services by Flikart and ekart. If I would have ordered the same product in other eCommerce sites, I would have got the product before 20days itself.

Today again I received a message stating product delivery is delayed by three days again. Does Flipkart have any sense? Making customer to wait for a product for almost a month. I have paid money already and it is stuck with Flipkart for a month now and still, the product is not delivered within the promised time.
