[Resolved] Flipkart — Product is not received but amount is deducted | |||||
Recently i placed the order of moto turbo mobile through my credit card, this mobile is in rs.1000 offer at that day...But my order is confirmed and amount is deducted from my credit card and i received sms from that...But i am not received confirmation order sms from flipcart site... I make a doubt regarding this and i call to flipcart customer care...They said sir we received amount but order is not placed due to my technical problem ...We will refund your money on with in span of 8 days...Ok...They refund the money and i got the money to my credit card account but got some service tax and some other charges deduct from my own money due to their technical problem and one more thing is right now there is no offer on that moto turbo and the major issue is my time is wasting like anything without fulfill my need... I lost my money and lost the offer price and waisting of my time with your technical problem... Was this information helpful? | |||||
