Flipkart — Product is not yet shipped after 10 days

My name is Akshay Dahale from Pune.

My Flipkart order Number is. OD[protected]
I ordered the Whirlpool refrigerator from the Flipkart application on 8th October.
But my order is not yet shipped and expected delivery date was 12th October.
Flipkart is disappointing customers repeatedly.
Most of the time I facing the issues regarding delivery, refund and return policy.
I am facing this issues in this good Festival big billion days sale.
It's my humble request 🙏🏻 to Flipkart that please deliver my order as soon as possible.
Because my family hopes it was delivered on time but you fails me to complete there expectations.
Please do the needful.
