[Resolved] Flipkart — product issue and denied contact of seller | |||||
I had purchased a set of 2 pillows from flipkart [protected]@dreamsunlimited plain bed/sleeping pillow pack of 2 where the size was mentioned 70 by 45 cms, ist time i received 60 by 30 cms pillows when i asked for replacement they sent me 43 by 43cms pillows. Flipkart says we don't have contact details of seller and customer care does not have rights to call the seller. This is not possible they must have some contact informattion. I need correct product for which i have already paid full amount. I am constantly being told that now the seller is offering refund not replacement but i have selected the product displayed with specifications and paid the mentioned amount there is no reason that i should not receive the correct product.
