Flipkart — PRODUCT MISSING FROM the box | |||
Hi I had ordered a few items from Flipkart out of which I had ordered 2 bangles Kada from MJ Fashion Jewellery Brass Cubic Zirconia Gold-plated Kada 2 pairs of this . the box i received had only one pair and the outer inbox says 2 in quantity. when i logged a complaint i was told il be getting a reply by 29th octomber. and then recieved a email saying issue is closed and the seller says that both the pairs were delivered. I have not received one pair whereas the other one is faulty. forget about the pair i dint receive the one i received atleast shud be returnable but that is also rejected .. i have paid for the items and it is not a small amount to let go.. so i want to complain against MJ Fashion Jewellery for not delivering the right product and top not even accepting return for the product received which is faulty. when the product is in the 30 day return period mentioned and the product was reported right after it wass received to me. i have attached the screenshot of the product which i had order which wer 2 nos. out of which one is missing Was this information helpful? | |||
