[Resolved]  Flipkart — product missing inside parcel

I have purchased gold coin from flipkart product was delivered on 24th october but gold coin was missing inside the product, i called flipkart customer care around 20 times but no one is helping. Sent around 20 emails but flipkart is not respinding. I am suspecting courier guy or courier people stolen that. I got this parcel through bvc logistics, please do needfull as i have loss 14611 rs
