Flipkart — Product not able to return as it differs from what was offerred.

Flipkart Order ID: OD408023752847247000. The product [Car cover for Maruti Swift Car] delivered on 05.01.2017. It is different from what was offered. the same is not getting fit to my car. I accessed the flipkart mobile app however it is allowing to proceed for returns of the product in spite of repeated tries. No response from the Company as well. It is mentioned in the order that 10 days replacement is guaranteed. However not able to even lodge the same in the app which is not showing any directions/ references once returns page is duly filled up and submitted. Please help in returning the product or even exchanging the product with the offered one. Thanks in advance.
