sir, i have purchase McAfee anti virus by order no. OD[protected] on dated 02.04.2015 & delivered on dt 06.04.2015 but product is not activate in pc which is not in form of CD. Please arrange to send new anti virus CD otherwise refund my money Rs. 145/-

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer and it was switched off. So sent e-mail to customer informing the possible resolution which we can offer and request to get back with a confirmation and closing the case.
