[Resolved] Flipkart — product not being delivered and payment has been made | |||||
I have ordered a new phone iphone se 32 gb variant on 9 th january, it has to be delivered by 12th january but it is not delivered still date. I dint expect that i will be robbed by a company like flipkart. And when i call their customer executives they are claiming that the product is misrouted and they cant deliver that product and are asking me to cancel and order a new product, i have purchased this product at a lesser price and now the price has increased which will be a lose for me if i purchase it again. Verified Support Jan 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We're sorry as the order had to be cancelled due to an unforeseen situation. You can go ahead and place a new order and the seller will do their best to deliver it this time.
