Senior executives do nothing to resolve my issue. Product was delivered on the 11th but the delivery boy refused to drop me at the doorstep due to the 3rd floor. Because the fridge did not fit inside the lift. And told me that he will not take it through stairs. asking money to do the job by staircase. and said that there is no guarantee that it will not damage the fridge.
I stopped him and told his supervisor that via phone his answer was the same as no guarantee if he took on the 3rd floor. It is your responsibility. After that he took the fridge in the truck and never came.
Flipkart has door to door service provided. it does not matter which floor you live in. I raised the complaint to flipkart. They just give a date to wait. Verbally, I got 13th of this month and now officially 16th and that was the follow-up date according to the senior executive.
So until their logistics partner has not delivered they just give me a new date to wait rather than tell them to deliver the product today. The Delivery Hub is not far from my flat. It is about 2-3 km.
I don't know what the flipkart senior team understands or not. Without having the fridge it is very difficult nowadays. If they don't understand the customer's problem then I urge them to remove the 5 days fridge from their home and realize what the problem is.
My product (fridge) is not delivered yet due to not properly taking follow up and not telling them to deliver the product on a specific date with courier partner ekart logistic partner by Flipkart. If flipkart insists on a delivery partner that delivers the product by today definitely they have to deliver.
