[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered and refund | |||
Hi, My order id is od[protected]. I ordered this pvc gym equipment set on - nov-07-2018, and the expected date of delivery was 15-16nov-2018. On 16 - nov-2018, i received an email from flipkart that due to some unforeseen reasons delivery has been delayed, and they assured me to deliver the product on 23-nov-2018. Now on 23-nov-2018, i didn’t get any mail or delivery. I called customer care over 4 times and they assured me that order will be delivered till 7pm on 23rd - nov-18 only. And around 8 pm i received another email that order delivery is delayed and expected date of delivery is 20th-december-2018. When i called executive again i asked him to connect my call to his senior, he put my call on a hold of 29 minutes and then asked me to hung up as senior is not available. (I ve attached screenshots) also, he told me that money can’t be refunded as order is non cancelable. (Who delivers an order after 45 days?) Now i simply want my money back as the order is non cancelable and pre paid flipkart is taking it for granted. I hope i ll get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
