I received different model of same brand Realme buds 2 and also rejected 5 times request

On 7 June her concern team accepted for refund remaining amount by call and mail but didn't follow They continuously given timeline 3 to 4 days I wait and call her given timeline at the end on 8 aug my account have been blocked without any notice my sms and mail
