[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered and shows delivered | |||
I have ordered real me 5pro phone on 11th Sept and delevery boy come to 12th Sept to despatch my order.i have purchased this phone with exchange offer but delivery boys says your phone condition is not good as he did not accept my phone and ask for phone value money I paid by Card but transaction failed I didn't have any option for paid I request to delevery boy for cancelled my product he cancelled but my status shows delivered I raised complain to flipkart help line number on 12th september they gave me 18th Sept solution date but I didn't get any solution till now.please provide me solution for the same . I got below mail from flipkart. Message from Flipkart Tue, 17th Sep'19 Hi Sunil, We’re writing to you about your order OD[protected] for ''Realme 5 Pro (Sparkling Blue, 128 GB)'' under an exchange offer. We understand that the Wishmaster was unable to complete the pick up of the exchange product. We see that your order has been delivered to you on September 12, 2019 and you have paid the difference amount. We understand that the status of the exchange product is marked as 'Picked' instead of 'Canceled'. We are sorry to let you know that the incorrect status has been updated due to unforeseen technical issue. However, you can consider this email as confirmation that the exchange phone was not picked up by the wishmaster and you have received the 'Realme 5 Pro (Sparkling Blue, 128 GB)' by paying the exchange product value of Rs. 2300/- as per the update shared by the courier service provider. The seller is unable to change the status of the exchange product as it is already updated.
