[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivered and shows delivered

I have ordered real me 5pro phone on 11th Sept and delevery boy come to 12th Sept to despatch my order.i have purchased this phone with exchange offer but delivery boys says your phone condition is not good as he did not accept my phone and ask for phone value money I paid by Card but transaction failed I didn't have any option for paid I request to delevery boy for cancelled my product he cancelled but my status shows delivered I raised complain to flipkart help line number on 12th september they gave me 18th Sept solution date but I didn't get any solution till now.please provide me solution for the same .
