[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered and wrong information | |||
I ordered Headphone to gift on 19th July 2018 and choose 1 day delivery by paying extra and but on 20th July product was not delivered and it was updated in system that User is not reachable. I have not received any message or call from delivery boy and when I called Flipkart customer care they are talking rudely to me. I had to gift this on occasion and by depending on Flipkart I felt embarrassed as the occasion passed now. Was this information helpful? | |||
